Product details:
Origin
When Torrefazione Giamaica was founded in the late 1940s, Giovanni Erbisti created this balanced and elegant blend from three Arabica origins as a simple and accessible counterpart to the somewhat demanding four-origin blend that bears his name today.
The two coffees processed by natural drying, Santos Cerrado Dulce 17/18 NY2 and Cherry Plantation A (replacing the currently unavailable Haitian coffee), establish the foundation. Costa Rica Tarrazu from Central America, processed through washing and fermentation, sets the atmosphere.
This coffee has a long tradition of guaranteed quality, with roasters in Verona ensuring that each batch added to the roasting machine meets accepted standards. This is their concept of guaranteed quality.
Taste
Evoking nuts, chocolate, and sugarcane in its aroma, the moderate note of dark cocoa is clearly evident. It leaves a fine and distinct taste.
Serving
Crema surprises with unexpected astringency and strong retention in milk-based preparations that end with a wonderful chocolate finish. It provides soothing, pleasant tones throughout long preparations.
These nearly universal uses have earned Crema Cafe its legendary reputation.
