We believe in the power of coffee to transform moments, to inspire breakthroughs, and to elevate ambitions. Join us in our mission to make every sip of Giamaica Caffè a step towards unlocking your true potential.
Roasting at its finest
The coffee beans are roasted in a small laboratory in the picturesque city of Verona, where tradition and innovation blend perfectly. Giamaica Caffè stands out for its commitment to preserving the authentic taste of coffee.
Using the original roasting machine from 1947, Giamaica Caffè is the last coffee roaster in the world that roasts beans with an open flame. This unique method infuses the coffee with a truly unparalleled depth of flavor.
A journey from bean to cup
The exceptional qualities of Giamaica Caffè go far beyond the roasting process. It all begins with carefully selected coffee plantations, located in regions ideal for cultivating high-quality coffee beans.
From there, each stage is carried out with great care, from harvesting, processing, selecting, and storing the beans, until they are roasted over an open flame.

It all starts with carefully selected coffee plantations located in regions with ideal characteristics for cultivating refined coffee beans.

The coffee beans are roasted in a small laboratory in the picturesque city of Verona, where tradition and innovation blend. Using the original roasting machine from 1947 operated by Giovanni Erbisti, Giamaica Caffé is the last coffee roaster in the world to roast beans with an open flame. We roast our beans in small batches to precisely control the roasting profile. This allows us to highlight the specific flavors of each origin and ensure consistent quality.
