Frequently asked questions:

1. How can I return a product purchased from Spearhead Coffee?

The value of a product can be refunded to the buyer within 14 days and exclusively at the boutique where it was purchased, under the following conditions:

- The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (fiscal receipt).

- The coffee machine must be functional and in normal parameters, without signs of wear.

- Coffee and food products can only be returned in their original unopened packaging.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered. Products with physical modifications, excessive wear, and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return. For health protection or hygiene reasons, coffee and other food products purchased remotely are not accepted for return if they have been unsealed. If these conditions are met, Spearhead coffee will refund the value of the products within a maximum of 14 days, exclusively to the card account from which the payment was made.

2. How can I access my invoice?

The invoice is automatically sent as an attached file to the email address registered in your account. It can also be downloaded at any time from the Spearhead Coffee website if you are logged into your online account, in the "Order History" section

3. Can I buy coffee beans or ground coffee?

Yes, you can buy our coffee both as beans and ground for espresso. We recommend beans to preserve freshness and aroma, but we also offer the option of grinding according to your preferences.

4. Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, we only deliver our products within Romania.

5. How can I store coffee to maximize its freshness?

To keep coffee fresh, we recommend storing it in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to direct light, heat, and humidity.

6. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or subscriptions?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders and have subscription options that allow customers to receive their favorite coffee regularly at a favorable price. (This will be added once we establish subscriptions)

7. What sets your coffee apart from other brands?

It all starts with carefully selected coffee plantations located in regions with ideal characteristics for cultivating refined coffee beans.

From there, every step is meticulously executed, from how the beans are harvested, processed, selected, and stored, to the moment they meet the open flame.

8. How are the coffee beans roasted?

The coffee beans are roasted in a small lab in the picturesque city of Verona, where tradition and innovation merge. Using the original roasting machine from 1947 operated by Giovanni Erbisti, Giamaica Caffe is the last coffee roaster in the world to roast beans with an open flame. We roast our beans in small batches to precisely control the roasting profile. This allows us to highlight the specific flavors of each origin and ensure consistent quality.
