Before submitting the form, please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions regarding the eligibility of products accepted for return and the methods by which this can be done.

We mention the following essential aspects:

The value of a product can be refunded to the buyer within 14 days either online or physically in the store from which the product was bought, under the following conditions:

- The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt (fiscal receipt).

- Coffee and food products can only be returned in their original unopened packaging.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered. Products showing physical alterations, signs of excessive use, and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return. For health protection or hygiene reasons, coffee and other food products purchased remotely are not accepted for return if the products have been unsealed. 

If these conditions are met, Spearhead Coffee website will refund the value of the products within a maximum of 14 days, exclusively to the card account from which the payment was made.

From the moment we receive your request, we will respond with a solution to the provided email address within 1-2 business days.
